You hear all of these awesome success testimonies about losing weight. Whether it is your friend who has lost excess weight successfully or the "Biggest Loser" who lost a ludicrous amount of weight. Some individuals keep it off, many people end up right back where they were before.
How come some weight loss systems fail?
1.) "Diets" are short-term solutions. I would probably say that when 99% of individuals want to lose weight, they don't say, "I want to lose 20 lbs and then put it back on in 6 months, and then simply lose 20 lbs yet again.
